MR. & MRS. RONALD THOMAS II

Lauren Nicole Sable and Ronald Dean Thomas II were united in marriage on Nov. 4, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. at St. John Catholic Church in Bellaire. Father Dan Heusel officiated the ceremony with a reception following at the Skyliner in Bridgeport.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Janice Sable of Bellaire. The groom is the son of the Ron and Donna Thomas of Martins Ferry.

Jaclyn Sable, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Alicia Wasko and Lyndsay McMahon, cousins of the bride, Natasha Thomas Smith, sister of the groom, Caitlin Longstaff, Brooke McVey, Rachal Stuart and Emily Holm, friends of the bride. Aaliyah Hall, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.

Trevor Jackson, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Dustin Smith, brother-in-law of the groom, Josh Cusick, Lance Rossini, Cameron Gasmire, Kyle Wojtasek, Jonathan Ebbert, Tony Sabatino and Derek Edwards, friends of the groom. Landen Perdue and Rylin McMahon, cousins of the bride, were the ring bearers.

Church readers were Crystal Sable Weeks, cousin of the bride, Jessi Boston, cousin of the groom, and Stephanie Thomas, cousin of the groom. Church greeters were Ashley Thomas and Gracelyn Maupin, cousins of the groom, and church recessional favors were given by Layla Weeks, cousin of the bride.

Lauren is a 2008 graduate of St. John Catholic High School and a 2013 graduate of Ohio University Eastern with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is employed by St. John Grade School as their kindergarten teacher.

Ron is a 2008 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2010 graduate of Youngstown State University with an associate’s degree in Power Plant Technology. He is employed at American Electric Power in Brilliant as an equipment operator.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica. They reside in Bellaire.
