ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Michael Sulek of Sulek & Dutton Real Estate welcome four area Realtors to the staff.

Marge Kress, Philip Kress, Melissa Sall, and Kelly Robinson, each filed transfer and reactivation documents with the state of Ohio.

“Marge Kress has been a realtor for 19 years building a positive hard working image that serves both as experience and trust for everyone that knows her, and we are most excited about her joining our office,” Sulek said.

Philip Kress recently became licensed to sell real estate and along with wife Marge will create the areas only real estate team, The Kress Team. Philip is well known throughout the valley and is very active in the community. Philip along with Marge’s years in the business will make the perfect team.

Melissa Sall began her real estate career inside of a real estate office then received her license to market and sell real estate in 2006.

“I’ve worked with Melissa throughout the years, and I know she brings with her a strong desire to serve clients to the best of her ability. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate process and has always understood the true value of excellent customer service while working with buyers and sellers.” Sulek said.

Kelly Robinson has held a real estate license for several years, previously with RZ Realty. He will now focus on his desire to expand his real estate business. Robinson is also a successful local business with many daily contacts. Sulek noted, “I’ve known Kelly for years I look forward to him joining our office.”

Sulek & Dutton Real Estate opened its doors in March 2008 on the corner of East Main Street and Sugar Street in St. Clairsville.
