ST. CLAIRSVILLE LongHorn Steakhouse announced that it has completed the remodeling of its restaurant located at 68040 Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville. The interior of the restaurant has been updated to reflect the brand’s evolution over the years.

“We are proud and excited about the fantastic improvements we’ve made in this restaurant to represent the LongHorn of today,” said John Mitchell, the restaurant’s managing partner. “LongHorn opened as a roadhouse with peanuts on the floor, but we have evolved to a warmer, more inviting setting of a western rancher’s home. We look forward to providing our legendary steaks and genuine western hospitality to our valued guests in our newly remodeled restaurant.”

When guests visit the restaurant, they’ll be welcomed into a warm, friendly atmosphere reminiscent of the American West and enjoy dining surrounded by soft natural materials accented by stacked stone as well as western-inspired artwork that includes bronze sculptures and scenic paintings.

LongHorn is known for its passion for grilling fresh, never frozen, steaks including the signature hand-seasoned Flo’s Filet and the bone-in Outlaw Ribeye. And there’s more on the menu than just great steaks. LongHorn chefs love to grill fresh fish and chicken in addition to steak. Items such as LongHorn Salmon, a fresh, hand-cut salmon fillet seasoned with a bourbon marinade; fall-off-the-bone tender Baby Back Ribs; and Parmesan Crusted Chicken, two juicy chicken breasts grilled and topped with a parmesan cheese and garlic crust, are just some of the other specialties guests will find on the menu.

The restaurants open daily at 11 a.m. for lunch. They’re open until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
