BELLAIRE — The Friends of the Bellaire Public Library Association will be sponsoring a Book Sale on Friday and Saturday. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held in the Community Room at the Library from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

A large array of books for all ages has been gathered for this event. Hardbacks will be sold for $1 each and paperbacks will be sold for 50 cents each. There will also be a bake sale and 50/50 raffle.

Proceeds from this sale will be used to fund the current Summer Reading Program as well as all other children’s, youth, teen and adult programs sponsored by the library.
