Belmont Street paving gets underway in Bellaire

The work by Lashing Paving of Martins Ferry involves removal of 3.5 inches of old pavement and installation of a 2-inch base and 1.5-inch top coat. The project’s cost is $107,451. Village Administrator Scott Porter anticipates the job will be completed Monday.
