Level Up Health and Wellness opens
MORRISTOWN — The Level Up Health and Wellness shake and fitness shop in Morristown is a fun and great place to begin your path to a healthier lifestyle, according to owner Lakesha Warfield.
She says it is “your one stop shop for the No. 1 meal replacement shake, energizing teas, and fitness classes.”
Open since mid-December, Level Up appears to be popular among its current clientele. With more than 1,000 “likes” and a five out of five rating on its Facebook page, the business appears to be growing fast.
Once entering the establishment, one will receive a shot of aloe, a glass of tea (for energy), and then your choice of blended Herbalife Shake; which comes in a vast variety of flavors. It is a filling, low in calories, protein shake that contains more than 20 vitamins and minerals.
Following consumption of a shakes, people have a choice of three fitness classes including, Trampoline with Warfield, Dance with Miranda Hollenbeck, and Hit class with personal trainer Whitney McBride. They all are certified trainers through Jessica Bass.
Located on Belmont Morristown Road, next to DiCarlo’s pizza, Level Up is open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There are four class times per day at 9 and 10 a.m. and 5 and 6 p.m. Classes vary every month. Student special, $1 off shakes for Union Local, Barnesville, and St. Clairsville high schools. You can check them out at www.facebook.com/levelupHW/.
