St. Clairsville Public Library is partnering with the Tri-County Help Center to help area families. A Giving Tree is set up at the library for gifts to be dropped off. The library is suggesting items such as soaps, shampoo, lotions, brooms and dustpans, and cleaning supplies, as well as new winter hats, gloves and scarves for children. The library will be taking donations through the end of December. Cierra Cross, librarian, and others welcome donations.
