Dr. Rajai Khoury

WHEELING — Dr. Rajai Khoury, a specialist with 40 years of experience in vascular medicine and surgery, has joined Wheeling Hospital.

Khoury’s practice, Wheeling Vein and Vascular, will see patients at his St. Clairsville location at 51520 National Road, Wheeling Clinic, Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Wetzel County Hospital and Harrison Community Hospital. He currently limits his practice to varicose vein treatment by all available technologies, ultrasound-based vascular testing and evaluation of vascular patients.

After earning his medical degree at the prestigious American University of Beirut, Khoury completed his residency and fellowship training locally at Ohio Valley Medical Center and West Virginia University.

Khoury is triple board certified in general surgery, thoracic surgery, and venous and lymphatic diseases. He is also credentialed as a registered physician vascular interpreter.

He will provide a wide array of medical services including patient education, vascular testing, wound care, and varicose and spider vein treatment.

Of his evolving practice, Khoury said, “It has been a privilege to care for patients in our region over the past several decades, and I look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of service and patient care as a physician working with Wheeling Hospital.
