Belmont Savings Bank partners with A Special Wish for the fourth year and makes a donation of $10,000 Tuesday. President and CEO Todd Cover, left, said he sees this as an opportunity for the community bank to give back to the area. He commends A Special Wish for its work in the community. Executive Director Alicia Freeman, said the organization has four fully-funded wishes and hopes to complete 12 this year.
