Belmont Savings Bank announces wealth management partnership

BELLAIRE — Belmont Savings Bank President and CEO Todd Cover announces a new wealth management partnership with independent advisor Julie Vavra-Daley of Commonwealth Financial Services.

“We’re excited to announce this new service to our customers,” Cover said. “Adding a partnership with Julie will offer customers a valuable tool to assist them with their financial planning. Our goal as a community bank is to provide our customers with options to help them financially. This is one more step we are taking to ensure we continue to put them first.”

Vavra-Daley is a proven financial advisor who works out of St. Clairsville.

“I’m truly excited for this partnership with Belmont Savings Bank,” Vavra-Daley said. “With our mutual commitment to serving the Ohio Valley and our shared values, we’ll be able to offer a full complement of high-quality financial services and products – adding value to each customer experience. I look forward to working with both the BSB team and customers.”

Cover added, “Julie will work side-by-side with us to provide investment, retirement and risk strategies, oil and gas income strategies and insurance planning. Julie will be a nice addition to the BSB family. She understands the intricacies businesses and individuals face daily.”

Vavra-Daley can provide complementary financial and retirement assessments for BSB customers.

“It is our goal to be the best financial planner for our customers. In order to be the best, we need to understand their full financial picture,” Vavra-Daley said.
