ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Once water service is restored, a 48-hour limited boil order will be in effect for city residents in the vicinity of South Sugar Street. Specifically, the residents and businesses starting at 108 S. Sugar St. through and including 155 S. Sugar St., as well as 115, 116, 117, 120 and 124 Maher St., are expected to be the impacted customers. The boil order is needed due to an unexpected water main break at Fair Avenue on South Sugar Street. Residents may experience discoloration due to the waterline break and repair. Any other utility customer who experiences water loss in this vicinity also should comply with the boil order. Anyone with questions should call the Municipal Utilities Office on 740-695-1410.
