The Bridgeport Police Department, in conjunction with the Bellaire Police Department, executed the search warrant at a house along the 4200 block of Trumbull Street in Bellaire.

Bridgeport Police Chief John Bumba said a narcotics investigation that began in Bridgeport led police to the Bellaire residence.

Officers reportedly seized approximately 50 grams of methamphetamine, dozens of illicit pills, more than $2,000 worth of counterfeit currency, approximately $1,100 in cash and three firearms.

The three residents of the home were placed under arrest. They include:

∫ Janae Kristen Snyder, 26, charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a schedule II controlled substance. She also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. She is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

∫ Marc Allen McPherson, 31, charged with complicity to drug trafficking in a school zone. He is being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

As of Tuesday, all three individuals remained in the Belmont County Jail.
