ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Once water service is restored, a 48-hour limited boil order will be in effect for residents in Spring Park and along Elm Street and Kell Lane. At this time, these limited streets are where the impact of the break is expected to be concentrated. There was a waterline break in the area of Spring Park. There may be discoloration and/or pressure issues. Any other utility customer who experienced water loss Thursday in this vicinity also should comply with the boil order.
