Arraignment continued for Union Local bomb threat suspect

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The juvenile accused of making bomb threats against the Union Local School District and Wheeling Park High School on the same day in late August was scheduled to appear Tuesday for arraignment, but the Belmont County Juvenile and Probate Court has continued the hearing. It will be rescheduled at a later date. Both high school buildings were evacuated and classes dismissed at both schools while the threats were investigated. The juvenile faces two felony counts of inducing panic.
