Session on staying healthy for Belmont County employees

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Belmont County employees are invited to “The Five Components of Physical Fitness for the Average Person” Lunch-N-Learn from noon to 1 p.m. April 13 at the courthouse annex conference room, first floor, to be presented by Belmont County Common Pleas Judge Frank Fregiato, a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.

The courthouse is located at 101 W. Main St.

Fregiato is a top 5 percent graduate of Ohio State University Law School, where he served as editor on Law Journal and achieved Order of Coif honors. In undergrad studies at OSU, where he received his B.A., he achieved Phi Beta Kappa and political science honors. Fregiato created Live High School Court, the only program of its kind where court was conducted before the students. He conducts a successful drug court and spearheaded a car show festival to raise funds for drug-free concepts for youth. He is active in community affairs, is a pasta waiter with the Sons of Italy, has been a certified personal trainer since 1991 through the American Council on Exercise, and publishes a classic car column in international car magazines.

Fregiato will be presenting on the following components: aerobic training/cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, flexibility, rest, and nutrition (and body composition).

This session is open to all county employees.

This session will be offered both in person and by Zoom. Attendees will need to RSVP for either session. Box lunches from Riesbeck’s will be provided to all in-person attendees. They will have a choice of ham, turkey or roast beef sandwich. Please include preference with RSVP.
