Jacob Manning of Wheeling is sworn in Wednesday as the latest addition to Belmont County’s assistant prosecutors. Manning, who works at Dinsmore & Shohl, will work part-time with the prosecutor’s office. He will specialize in appeal cases argued before the Seventh District. He is accompanied by Assistant Prosecutor David Liberati and sworn in by Common Pleas Judge John Vavra.
