Father, son drown Saturday

SOMERTON — Chief Deputy James Zusack of the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Wednesday that a father and son died Saturday in an accidental drowning. He said the case is under investigation and that no names or details are being released. He said it occurred in the Somerton area and both were local residents. More information may be released this week.

“It’s a terrible accident,” he said.
