John Warnick, front and center, of the Free Bike Ministry of the Ohio Valley, and two volunteers deliver bicycles for young people last year in St. Clairsville. This Saturday the Free Bike Ministry of the Ohio Valley will again hold a giveaway with 25 bicycles donated to community children. It is held in conjunction with a bike parade. The giveaway starts at 8:30 a.m. and parade registration at 9:30. The parade is at 10 a.m. Main Street will be closed to allow riding.
