Bellaire police make drug arrest over the weekend

BELLAIRE — On Sunday, Bellaire police arrested Stacie Lynn Garloch, 31, on numerous drug-related charges.

Officers responded to a call at 700 41st St. and spoke to Garloch at her residence. According to reports, the officers saw suspected drug and drug paraphernalia items in plain view.

She was arrested and transported to the Belmont County Jail on charges of possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments.

Items seized included 8 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl, 9 grams of suspected crack cocaine, eight suspected Xanax pills, 28 straws with residue, one glass smoking pipe with residue, five syringes, three scales, 62 foil wrappers with residue and one bag of marijuana.

According to court records, Garloch was arraigned Tuesday before Belmont County Eastern Division Court Judge David Trouten and did not enter a plea. Her preliminary hearing is Thursday, and her bond was set at $10,000.
