Martins Ferry is hosting a Christmas decorating contest, with one featured home shown in this image shared on Facebook. Any resident can post photos of their house or a house that they would like to nominate to either the Martins Ferry Concerned Citizens or Concerned Citizens of Martins Ferry Facebook group. Posts must be submitted by Dec. 15 to enter the contest. The winner will be decided by a group of judges. The winner will be announced by 9 a.m. Dec. 16 via Facebook and will receive $100. Nu2u Flea Market in Bridgeport is sponsoring the contest. Becky Zaney was the first person to post photos in the groups. She nominated her husband, Michael Zaney, for the contest.
