SMITHFIELD — The Smithfield Township Board of Trustees will hold a work session at 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the Smithfield Township Police Station. Topic of discussion will be infrastructure development and other matters to be brought to the board.

Special session set

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The Belmont County Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at noon Thursday in the Annex III building, located at 101 N. Market St., St. Clairsville. It is open to the public.

Land bank to meet

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The Belmont County Land Reutilization Corp. will hold its monthly meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room in the Belmont County Courthouse.
