CAMBRIDGE, Ohio – The Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio recognized its scholarship winners for the 23rd Masonic District at the Grand Master’s Reception held at Francis’ Restaurant in Cambridge on April 19. The recipients and parents were guests for a dinner and check presentation in the amount of $1,500.

The 23rd Masonic District winners were Lucas Detling of Barnesville High School and Isabel Yeager and Katarina Carman, both of Harrison Central High School.

There are 25 masonic districts throughout the state of Ohio, each receiving three scholarships in the amount of $1,500. This amounts to $112,500 that the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio award to graduating seniors throughout the state. This is one of the many ways that Ohio freemasonry supports local schools and communities.
