Barnesville Police Department cruisers are now equipped with a life-saving tool called LifeVac, thanks to a grant from the South Central Power Company Foundation. LifeVac is a simple airway clearance device that can be used on adults and children, requires only seconds to use, and can be administered by anyone in a choking emergency. These devices are now placed in each cruiser of the police department and will be utilized during choking emergencies.
