Crews from Reclaim are attacking both sides of the Center Market parking garage demolition project. On Wednesday, they were working on the Market Street side, where the Wheeling Fire Department had its main headquarters. The garage is coming down as part of the work to build a new WVU Medicine regional cancer center.
