Workers from Triton Construction set the bricks on one side of downtown Wheeling’s Main Street while motorists head down the newly paved other side Monday afternoon. The paving work on the other side of Main Street, part of the Downtown Streetscape Project, is scheduled to begin July 15, a week later than originally estimated.
