Wheeling Creek has been frozen over, but warmer weather has allowed that ice to start breaking up. High temperatures will stay above freezing for the week, according to the National Weather Service, with Thursday forecast to hit a high of 61. Low temperatures will drop below freezing on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
