Annual chili cook-off brings the heat on a sweltering day
Despite the sweltering weather, hundreds of Wheeling residents came out to the water front Saturday afternoon to test out a number of different chilis in the 25th annual chili cook-off. The event was presented by the city of Wheeling, the Wheeling Convention and Visitors Bureau and the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley.
