At 2:01 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a suspicious male in his driveway on Ohio 7 in Powhatan Point. An officer patrolled the area, but did not come in contact with the individual.

At 12:42 a.m. Wednesday, a caller from an address on Gibas Road in Neffs was possibly having hallucinations or mental issues, according to the report. A family member was contacted.

At 12:29 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported that a male dressed in all black tried to break into his shed on Fairpoint-Maynard Road in St. Clairsville. The lock was cut, but nothing was tampered with, according to the report. Officers checked the surrounding areas, but nothing was found.

At 11:02 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy made contact with a male at an address on Main Street in Warnock regarding breaking and entering. Several items were missing from the property, including tools and wiring from the residence, according to the complainant.

At 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from East Center Street in Bridgeport reported that someone entered her vehicle sometime overnight, and miscellaneous change was taken.

At 10:06 p.m. Tuesday, an officer on a traffic stop on Highland Avenue and Rosehill Pike in Bellaire issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for driving without a valid operator’s license.

At 9:06 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on West Center Street in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into his vehicle. Nothing was taken.

At 9:04 p.m. Tuesday, a representative of Sheetz on Addie Way in St. Clairsville reported there were five people loitering in front of the store with a dog that was not on a leash. An officer responded. He reported that the dog was on a leash. The people were not from this area and were to be leaving, he stated.

At 9:02 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Riggs Road in Bellaire reported that her husband was intoxicated and was being verbally abusive. Units responded and reported that nothing physical occurred. The complainant was advised to call back if anything was needed.

At 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that a female at the Masonic Temple on Ohio 7 in Powhatan Point appeared to be having mental issues. An officer responded and spoke with people in the area, but did not come in contact with the female.

At 7:16 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Lockwood Run Road in Bellaire reported that someone parked a vehicle on his property. An officer responded and reported that a female was gathering her belongings. She was off of the property at 8:04 p.m., according to the report.

At 7:12 p.m. Tuesday, an officer on a traffic stop on East 26th Street in Bellaire performed a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired plates. A warning was issued.

At 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an address on East Center Street in Bridgeport for a report of a vehicle break-in. A caller stated that a laptop and a phone were taken.

At 1:31 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that someone broke into their vehicle at an address on Wabash Street in Bridgeport. Change and cigarettes were taken, according to the theft report.

At 11:26 a.m. Tuesday, officers on a traffic stop on Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville issued a citation to a motorist for driving under suspension.

At 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to Paramount Support Services on Vineyard Road in St. Clairsville to take information for a report pertaining to client abuse.

At 11:14 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Wabash Street in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. Nothing was missing.

At 10:58 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on East Center Street in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. Nothing was taken.

At 10:14 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Church Street in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. Nothing was taken.

At 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Maple Avenue in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. Prescription medication was taken.

At 8:35 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Orchard Avenue in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. Nothing was missing.

At 8:21 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Orchard Avenue in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. An insurance card was missing.

At 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Scott Avenue in Lansing reported that someone broke into their vehicle. A wallet and $65 was stolen, according to the report.

At 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on National Road in Bridgeport reported that someone broke into their vehicle. A small amount of cash was taken, the report stated.
