St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce names new director

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce announced the appointment of Lisa Kindler as its new executive director.

“I am honored and excited to step into the leadership role,” Kindler said. “I moved into this area 13 years ago from Pittsburgh and immediately fell in love with this town. St. Clairsville is a vibrant and growing community, and I look forward to working with our members, local leaders, and residents to further the chamber’s mission and enhance our business environment.”

The chamber recognizes the dedication of Kindler, who has faithfully served the organization for the past three years as assistant director. Kindler will continue to play a key role in the chamber’s daily operations, member engagement and event coordination as well as the director of the Belmont County Safety Council. Her experience and institutional knowledge are invaluable assets to the chamber’s ongoing success.

Kindler succeeds Wendy Anderson, who served the chamber for eight years and helped lay a strong foundation for the organization’s continued growth.

In this new role, Kindler will focus on strengthening community partnerships, expanding membership benefits, and fostering a more connected and prosperous business landscape in St. Clairsville and the surrounding areas.

“I am also excited to continue to work on fun, impactful events that strengthen our community and showcase everything St. Clairsville has to offer, such as the Halloween Bash, Light Up Night and the St. Clairsville Christmas Parade,” Kindler added.

“We are thrilled to welcome Lisa Kindler to the chamber in this new role,” Mary Beth Panepucci, president of the chamber’s board of directors, said. “Her energy, experience, and commitment to the community will be vital as we enter an exciting new chapter.”
