MARTINS FERRY — The Board of Education of the Martins Ferry City School District will be holding a special meeting at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, in the Martins Ferry City School District Administrative Building Board Room.
The purpose of the meeting is for the board to take action on the following:
· MFEA Negotiated Contract for Sept. 1, 2025 through Aug. 31, 2026
· Letter of Intent to contract with U.S. Omni & TSAGG Compliance Services to provide Third Party (Compliance) Administration Services for the 403(b) and OASBO 457(b) Plans.
· Approval of IRC Section 457 Governmental Custodial Account Agreement with VOYA Institutional Trust Company
· Approval of VOYA 403(b)(7) Custodial Account Agreement with VOYA Financial Partners and Voya retirement Insurance and Annuity Company
The meeting will also include a presentation from Christopher Cox with Voya Financial Advisors Inc. on the contracts listed above regarding the 403(b) and OASBO 457(b) plans.
