At 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that there were two individuals passed out in a vehicle parked in the lot off of Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville. A male and female were reportedly found unresponsive. The incident was listed as a narcotics overdose. However, no Narcan was given to either individual, and a relative arrived to pick up the two individuals.
At 7:03 p.m. Tuesday, a complainant from Adolph Street pulled up at an address on Brand Avenue in Bridgeport and stated that she was involved in a domestic dispute. She also stated that the male involved destroyed her car. The male reportedly fled the residence. A squad was requested for a possible stabbing, according to the report, which stated that the female was the suspect and was detained. Officers attempted to make contact with the neighbor. There were no signs of blood or the male, the report stated. Officers eventually spoke with the male, who was fine. No stabbing occurred. Information was taken for a report, and the female was released.
At 3:47 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to an address in Pease Township for a report of an 8-year-old child with mental issues hitting his sister. The mother had a history with Child Protective Services, according to the report. The juvenile had an appointment with the doctor the next day, and they planned to adjust medication, according to the report.
At 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy was en route to an address on Wegee Road for a report of a possible DOA. Upon arrival, the officer reported that a DOA was confirmed, and the coroner was contacted.
At 3:23 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy was on the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage only on Bannock Road in St. Clairsville. The Ohio State Highway Patrol was dispatched.
At 3:22 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy was out at an address on Fairpoint-New Athens Road in Wheeling Township with a disabled vehicle. A motorist was out checking her tires, according to the report.
At 11:28 a.m. Tuesday, a complainant came to the station to report a chainsaw and tree climbing gear was stolen from his property on Dilles Bottom Road in Shadyside. A deputy took information for a theft report.
At 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, a caller from the Loading Zone in Colerain reported a “heavy male sitting on the bench urinating and defecating on himself.” An officer responded. According to the report, the male was fine, and the store was OK with him staying there.
