ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Unified Bank is pleased to announce that Luke Nelson has joined the Unified team as a mortgage loan originator with Unified Mortgage, serving communities across Ohio and West Virginia.

Nelson brings a wealth of experience in local industry, education and entrepreneurship, as well as a deep personal connection to the Ohio Valley. A lifelong resident of the region, Nelson understands the unique needs of families and individuals living in the Ohio Valley. He is dedicated to helping customers navigate their mortgage options with confidence and clarity.

Nelson earned his master’s degree from Ohio State University and believes that listening, caring and serving others are at the heart of creating the best mortgage experience.

“I consider it a privilege to answer questions, guide decisions, and ensure that each customer’s mortgage journey is positive and tailored to their goals,” Nelson said.

Outside of his professional role, Nelson lives in Colerain with his wife and three children. He enjoys staying active in the community through sports, woodworking projects, and playing guitar.
