Special meeting set

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The Belmont County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting with the Belmont County Board of Developmental Disabilities and county Auditor Cindi Henry at 4 p.m. Thursday at the disabilities board office. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss that department’s budget.

ST. CLAIRSVILLE — City Council will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Municipal Building, located at 100 N. Market St. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss personnel issues in the handbook. Legislation will be presented to change the personnel section of the handbook. This will be the only subject discussed.
