Martins Ferry celebrates its homecoming this weekend. At 5:30 p.m. Friday, the homecoming parade starts at the Recreation Center and proceeds through downtown to the football field. Halftime ceremonies will feature the introduction of the homecoming court and the crowning of the homecoming queen.
