At 11:39 p.m. Wednesday, an officer responded to the Pilot travel center on Belmont-Morristown Road for a report of a semi driver who was parked in a reserved parking area and was refusing to move. According to the officer, the driver would be on his way.

At 10:03 p.m. Wednesday, a caller from Arman Hill Road in Powhatan Point reported damage being done to his mailbox by people putting in his water line.

At 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers assisted the St. Clairsville Police on a traffic stop at Clark Road and Willow Grove Road in St. Clairsville. A K-9 was requested, but after the dog was brought to the scene, it did not give an indication on the vehicle, according to the report.

At 5:29 p.m. Wednesday, an officer on a traffic stop near Kroger on Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville issued a warning to a motorist for failure to signal.

At 4:16 p.m. Wednesday, a deputy responded to an address on Conno-Mara Drive in Bellaire for a call about a bike in a tree. According to the officer, there was no one around it and no one in the area in distress. It was located on the side of Ohio 147.

At 11:36 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy responded to Arby’s on Valley Centre Boulevard in St. Clairsville to meet with a complainant and a representative from the Belmont County Health Department. Information was taken for a report.

At 10:14 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported that a female and a male were fighting at an address on Riggs Road in Bellaire. An officer took information for a report regarding domestic trouble.
