At 10 p.m. Sunday, a worker from Dollar General on Belmont-Morristown Road in Morristown reported that they closed up, but believed that there were people still inside. Deputies responded and cleared the building, confirming there was nobody inside.

At 8:04 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Cindy Drive in St. Clairsville reported that juveniles were knocking on people’s doors and running off. The area was patrolled, with negative contact, according to the report.

At 7:47 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Pike Street in Neffs reported that he took a weapon off of his juvenile nephew after an argument. This dispute was all verbal, according to the report, which stated that the uncle left the residence for the evening.

At 7:38 p.m. Sunday, a caller from the Village Network on National Road in Belmont reported that a female got out of the building, broke a light and was running after a male staff member with a piece of glass. At 7:56 p.m., the female reportedly attempted to run away with a deputy on scene. The female was taken to the Sargus Juvenile Detention Center. An officer took a statement from the Village Network.

At 6:34 p.m. Sunday, an officer on a traffic stop on the Interstate 70 east off ramp at exit 218 in Richland Township issued a warning to a Pennsylvania truck driver for speeding.

At 6:21 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that a vehicle was sitting in front of Walmart with two males inside talking and blocking the road for roughly 10 minutes. Deputies responded, but the vehicle left before officers arrived.

At 6:10 p.m. Sunday, an officer on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 west near mile post 212 in St. Clairsville issued a warning to a Maryland truck driver for driving with no headlights.

At 6:04 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Muskrat Road in Barnesville reported that she heard kids crying. She also stated that people were in gas chambers around her house. Deputies responded, and the caller’s husband advised that she was off her medication. A daughter came and took care of the female. The call was listed as a mental issue.

At 2:52 p.m. Sunday, a call was received from an unknown female screaming about getting punched or about punching someone. The call reportedly came from behind Gabe’s on Banfield Road in St. Clairsville. Deputies responded. Officers patrolled the area but did not make contact with the caller. The nature of the incident was listed in the report as domestic trouble.
