OHHC receives grant from Delta Dental Foundation to expand services

Ohio Hills Health Centers (OHHC) recently received a grant through the Delta Dental Foundation to purchase dental equipment to expand the scope of services which will include extractions and endodontic procedures such as root canals.

“OHHC is extremely grateful to the Delta Dental Foundation for this funding which allows us to purchase additional dental equipment to better meet the needs of area residents,” said Jeff Britton, CEO. “The new equipment will allow OHHC to expand the services we offer to better meet the needs of our patients.”

OHHC offers comprehensive dental services in Barnesville, Freeport, the Belmont Career Center and will soon be offering dental care in Bellaire and in St. Clairsville.

Services offered include cleaning, restorative care, x-rays, extractions, sealants, crown and bridge work and oral education.

OHHC accepts most dental insurance including Ohio Medicaid and also offers a Patient Discount Program.

“OHHC recently added two additional dentists to our dental team to better serve our communities and increase access to care. The funding through the Delta Dental Foundation will provide our dentists the tools they need to meet our patient’s needs,” said Dr. Robert Brewer, OHHC Dental Director. “The expansion of our dental team and the new equipment will allow us to better meet the demand for dental services in our region.”
