At 6:06 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that she had not heard from a male since last week. An officer checked a residence on National Road in Bridgeport. There were no vehicles at this address, and the officer did not locate the male, the report indicated.

At 5:15 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Hawthorne Hill Road in Shadyside reported that his red Honda Foreman four-wheeler had been stolen and was last seen two weeks ago. A written statement was obtained by an officer.

At 3:16 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Lake Street in Bethesda reported that someone had struck their truck that was parked in front of the residence on the street. The officer notified central dispatch that the accident occurred on a public roadway, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol was notified.

At 2:40 p.m. Sunday, a 911 hangup call was received from an address on Ray Ramsay Road in Bellaire. Deputies responded to the scene and reported that all was well.

At 2:09 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the Kroger parking lot on Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville. Information was obtained for a private property accident report, the officer stated.

At 1:43 p.m. Sunday, central dispatch reported that a male patient was being aggressive at the Rescare facility on Lafferty Road in St. Clairsville. He was reportedly charging at staff members. Several deputies responded, and upon their arrival, the patient was calming down and had returned to his room. Deputies spoke with the staff and a supervisor, and it was determined that the patient needed to be in a facility better equipped to handle him, according to the report. Options were presented, and the Developmental Disabilities board was contacted.

At 1:40 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Barton Road in St. Clairsville reported that a neighbor damaged a fence on his property with a four-wheeler.

At 12:04 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Ebbert South Road in St. Clairsville reported that a suspicious vehicle was in the middle of the road. A deputy responded and reported that a vehicle with West Virginia plates was blocking half of the lane.

At 12:45 p.m. Sunday, a male was reportedly throwing trash and urinating on the building at Big Lots on National Road in Bridgeport. Units responded and reported that the male was an employee who was throwing stuff away. The employee was given a ride to Pizza Hut so he did not have to walk home.

At 11:43 p.m. Monday, a 911 call was received from an address in St. Clairsville, and a child could be heard on the line saying “mommy” and “dad” in the background, according to the report. An officer reported that everything was okay. A child was playing with an old phone.

At 10:47 p.m. Monday, a caller requested a welfare check on a male at an address on North Market Street Extension in St. Clairsville. Officers responded and reported that the male was going with an emergency medical service squad to WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Information was taken for a report.

At 8:01 p.m. Monday, an officer responded to Gabriel Brothers on Banfield Road in St. Clairsville for a report of a male who was unconscious but breathing. Emergency medical personnel were on the scene, the report indicated. Narcotics were recovered off of the male, and charges were pending.

At 6:47 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to the area of Marshall’s on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville for a report of a possible fight. The officers did not locate any fighting, the report indicated.

At 4:18 p.m. Monday, a sergeant responded to the area of Walmart on Valley Plaza Drive in St. Clairsville for a report of a dog that was left in a car. According to the officer, the dog was not in distress. Contact was made with the owner by phone, and the female was on the way out, according to the report.

At 4 p.m. Monday, officers responded to High Ridge Road in Bridgeport to assist with a motor vehicle accident with property damage only. The Ohio State Highway Patrol was in charge of the scene, according to the report.

At 3:57 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address in Goshen Township after a 911 hangup call was received. The officer reported that this was a child playing with a phone and all was well.

At 9:55 a.m. Monday, a deputy was out with a vehicle on Marion Street in Bridgeport. The motorist needed assistance with backing the vehicle down off the ice, according to the report. A unit from the Bridgeport Police Department assisted with traffic control.

At 6:03 a.m. Monday, a deputy was out at Love’s Travel Center on Reco Road in Belmont at the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage only. One vehicle reportedly left the scene. Information was taken for a crash report.

At 1:15 a.m. Monday, a caller reported that her son jumped out of her truck at Big Lots Plaza on National Road in Bridgeport and the juvenile was refusing to get back in the vehicle. A deputy responded, and the juvenile was transported to the Sargus Juvenile Detention Center.

At 12:04 a.m. Monday, officers responded to an address on Dubois Street in Bridgeport after a caller from Ohio Street in Moundsville stated that a physical domestic incident took place at the address.
