At 4:25 p.m. Sunday, a caller from East First Street in Bannock advised that she found a white substance all over her vehicle and believed it may be an attempt at vandalism. It looked like it may possibly be paint balls, according to the complainant. A deputy called the complainant, who said she had already cleaned the substance and noted that there was no damage to the vehicle. She also said that she had been in contact with the Richland Township Police, which would be stopping by the following day to take information.

At 3:43 p.m. Sunday, a caller at the Ohio Valley Mall reported that he came from Panera Bread to find a vehicle parked up against his vehicle, and the bumpers were touching. A deputy responded and reported that the vehicles had been separated with no visible damage to either.

At 10:02 a.m. Sunday, central dispatch reported that a 911 hangup call was received from an address on Colerain Pike in Bridgeport. Dispatch advised that there was a previous domestic call at this address. Officers responded and reported that the call was placed by a child playing with the phone.

At 9:51 a.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Ferry Landing Road in Shadyside reported that his front door was shot out with a BB gun. The caller said he believes his neighbor did it. An officer responded and took information for a vandalism report.

At 9:08 a.m. Sunday, central dispatch reported that they received multiple 911 hangup calls from an address in Glencoe, but they were unable to make contact with anybody. An officer responded. Dispatch reported that they reached a female who stated that her child was playing with her phone. The officer arrived on the scene to verify. He met with the mother and the 3-year-old who was playing with the phone.

At 8:27 a.m. Sunday, a complainant called to report that her debit card was stuck in the ATM machine at WesBanco on Valley Centre Boulevard in St. Clairsville. A sergeant responded, removed the card and verified that it was hers. He then assisted her with successfully making her withdrawal, according to the report.

At 2:16 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported that his ex called him to come get their daughter, stating that she was currently fighting with her boyfriend. The caller said he heard her say “get off me,” and what sounded like someone trying to get the phone. Deputies responded to an address on West Rustic Drive in St. Clairsville and were met by an agitated male who did not want officers bothering him at his door, according to the report. The female could be seen at the residence, but she did not speak to deputies. She went back inside and did not come back out. The male advised deputies that they needed a warrant to speak further. No injuries were observed. Deputies spoke with the original caller, who was on the scene also and was going to leave. Deputies cleared the scene.

At 1 a.m. Sunday, a caller from an address in Brookside reported that there was a verbal argument between two adults there. Several officers responded. A juvenile female decided that she would go back inside the residence, according to the report, which listed the nature of the call as a domestic complaint.
