At 11:22 p.m. Sunday, a caller from Springbrook Drive in St. Clairsville reported that he picked up his 12-year-old son from the residence of the boy’s mother in Barton, and the caller now cannot find the juvenile’s medication that went with him to the mother’s house. The caller advised that this has happened before. The complainant wanted the call to be on record and requested that a deputy speak with the mother.

At 10:47 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on Hall Street in Maynard reported hearing a dog barking for the past three hours. A deputy responded but did not come in contact with the dog owner, according to the report.

At 4:23 p.m. Sunday, a caller from an address on West Street in Holloway reported a potential no-contact order violation between him and his neighbor. Officers responded. Parties were advised to contact the court regarding violations of a no-contact order.

At 3:04 p.m. Sunday, central dispatch advised that a female from an address on Wildwood Drive in Dillonvale called asking to speak with a deputy regarding an animal issue. The complainant said a male walked by her yard with a dog that was not on a leash. The dog jumped her small fence and went after her dog. Her dog did not sustain visible injuries, the complainant noted. An officer recommended that she contact the dog warden and make a report with them.

At 2:06 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that an individual that was fired did not return with a company vehicle registered in Pennsylvania and had not been returning text messages. The vehicle had a GPS locator in it, and it was pinging at or near America’s Best Value Inn on National Road in St. Clairsville. A sergeant responded and verified that the vehicle was there. The complainant subsequently reported that he had reached the individual with the vehicle, who informed them that the keys were in the gas cap. The company had a representative coming to the hotel to retrieve the vehicle. The officer said they were able to pick up the vehicle without incident.

At 10:57 a.m. Sunday, a caller from the Pine Lake Trailer Court on National Road in Belmont reported that a physical domestic incident occurred between him and his father. The caller left the residence and was bleeding, according to the report. An emergency medical service squad was called to the scene to transport him to the hospital. One male was transported to the sheriff’s office for an interview, the report indicated.

At 12:54 p.m Sunday, an officer was out with a suspicious vehicle at Advance Auto Parts on National Road in Bridgeport. The officer said they were making a midnight delivery.

At 12:39 p.m. Sunday, Bridgeport Police radioed central dispatch advising that there was a man standing on the Interstate 70 overpass near mile marker 220 in St. Clairsville smoking a cigarette. Units responded and patrolled the area, but they did not come in contact with the male.

At 12:07 a.m. Sunday, a complainant from Hall Street in Maynard reported that a dog was barking in the neighborhood. Deputies patrolled the area but did not locate a barking dog, according to the report.
