There was plenty to do around Oglebay Park Resort on Saturday, as the resort held its annual Shamrock Showdown, a celebration of Irish culture for the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Among the most popular events was the Highland Games, which pitted men and women against each other in various feats of strength. Other festivities included food, live music and Irish road bowling.
