TRUCK AND TRACTOR PULL — Outback Motorsports will host a truck and tractor pull Saturday. Additional information will be announced.
CAPTINA FISHING DERBY — The Captina Fishing Derby will be held Saturday. Additional details will be announced.
SATURDAY MARKET AT THE PIKE — The Pike 40 in Morristown will host its weekly farmers market from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The market features local vendors and produce.
CAR SHOW — Bellaire Christian Church will host its first car show celebrating America 250 on Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. along Belmont Street from the City Park to the Salvation Army. Registration begins at 10 a.m. Entry is $10 per car. A rain date is scheduled for June 6.
LIVE MUSIC AT VINO DI PICCIN — Gregg Molnar will perform from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the Vino di Piccin Tasting House. Seating is first-come, first-served and there is no cover charge.
RUN FOR THE WALL — Run for the Wall motorcycle riders will arrive in Belmont County at approximately 5:15 p.m. Sunday as they are escorted from Interstate 470 onto Banfield Road. Organizers encourage residents and businesses along U.S. Route 40 and Main Street in St. Clairsville to display flags and patriotic decorations in support of the riders. The group will travel through downtown St. Clairsville Monday morning for a Memorial Day ceremony. The organization promotes healing among veterans and their families while honoring prisoners of war, those missing in action and those killed in action.
MEMORIAL DAY AT UNION CEMETERY — The Union Cemetery Association will host a Memorial Day event Monday at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration. The program will include speakers and dignitaries and recognize veterans buried at the cemetery, including Revolutionary War veterans.
