— 10:01 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that a male known to her was screaming and beating on doors at Glenwood Village Apartments on Belmont Street in Bethesda. An officer responded. The deputy reported that the male’s hand was bleeding, but he refused emergency medical service. He admitted to drinking and said he was going to go into his own apartment and go to bed, the report stated.
— 8:04 p.m. Tuesday, an officer responded to Riesbeck’s Food Market on National Road in Bridgeport for a report of a shoplifter. The juvenile was released to their grandmother, and information was taken for a report.
— 5:37 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Mount Olivett Road in Barnesville reported kids riding dirt bikes on the road. This was an ongoing issue, according to responding officers.
— 4:06 p.m. Tuesday, units responded to a report of domestic trouble at an address on Mill Road in Flushing. This was an argument over a male taking food out of the house, according to the report.
— 4 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to Books-A-Million at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville for a report of a male acting erratically.
— 3:36 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from an address on Fairpoint-Maynard Road in St. Clairsville reported a suspicious male in a vehicle acting strangely. An officer responded but did not locate the male.
— 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an address on Barnesville-Hendrysburg Road in Barnesville for a report of a male laying on the ground who was possibly intoxicated.
— 2:05 p.m. Tuesday, several officers and units from the St. Clairsville and Richland Township police departments responded to an address on West Main Street for a report of an assault at the hospital.
— 11:44 a.m. Tuesday, a male came to the station to report fraud, stating that all of his social accounts and bank accounts had been hacked. A deputy provided a written statement from the male, and more information was being gathered for a pending incident report.
— 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, units responded to Uniontown-Flushing Road in St. Clairsville for a report of several doors that appeared to be forced open at the storage units. A detective reported that 10 units had been broken into or tampered with. Contact was made with the owner.
— 10:54 a.m. Tuesday, a caller reported suspicious vehicles on Unity Church Road in St. Clairsville. Extra patrols were requested.
— 7:36 a.m. Tuesday, an officer on a traffic stop on Interstate 70 westbound near mile marker 218 in St. Clairsville issued a warning to a West Virginia motorist for his driving habits.

Deputies responded to the address on Mill Road in Flushing and advised her of the eviction process. Both agreed to just go to bed for the night, according to the report.

— 9:30 p.m. Monday, a caller requested a welfare check on a 20-year-old female at an address on Banfield Road in St. Clairsville. An officer responded but did not locate her.
— 9:13 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that there was a deer foaming at the mouth and running around the complex at an address on Commercial Drive in Bridgeport. An officer responded but did not locate the deer.
— 8:23 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that a vehicle with the hood ripped off and no plates was sitting by the park on East Main Street in Holloway. An officer responded and reported that the village will tow the vehicle.
— 5:15 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an address on Second Street in Lafferty for a call about a 14-year-old male attacking a caller. The male left before officers arrived.
— 4:45 p.m. Monday, a caller from Mount Olivett Road in Barnesville complained about two juveniles on dirt bikes. An officer responded but did not locate them.
— 2:14 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an address on Jewell Avenue in Holloway for a complaint about dirt bikes on the road. Officers did not locate them.
— 2:06 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address on Nelan Road in Neffs for a report of a stolen gun.
— 1:15 p.m. Monday, an officer initiated a traffic stop on Washington Street in Bellaire. A warning was issued to a Pennsylvania motorist for a window tint violation.

— 12:27 p.m. Monday, a caller from an address on National Road in Bridgeport reported that his ex-wife took a muzzleloader and his phone. The caller did not want to press charges — he just wanted it on the record.
— 11:38 a.m. Monday, a caller from an address on Buena Vista Drive in Colerain reported her wallet lost or stolen earlier in the month. She already replaced everything, but needed a report on file. Information was taken.
— 11:21 a.m. Monday, an officer on a traffic stop on Ohio 7 northbound at the Picoma exit in Martins Ferry issued a warning to an Ohio motorist for an equipment violation.
