Martins Ferry Council to meet

MARTINS FERRY – Martins Ferry City Council will meet on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at the City Building. The meeting is open to the public.

Wheeling Twp. to hold public meeting

ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The Wheeling Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on the township budget on Monday at 6 p.m. at 71240 Main St., St. Clairsville.

The hearing will be held in Fairpoint. The end-of-the-month regular township meeting will immediately follow.

JVS Board to meet

BLOOMINGDALE – The Jefferson County Joint Vocational School District Board of Education will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, at 5 p.m. The meeting will be held in the boardroom at the Jefferson County Joint Vocational School, 1509 County Highway 22A.

Yorkville produce distribution dates set for 2026

YORKVILLE — The Yorkville Produce Distribution has released its 2026 schedule, with monthly distributions planned Saturdays from April through October.

New directors Robbie Criss and Ronica Criss, along with their four daughters, announced the schedule and apologized for the late notice, noting it is their first time serving in the role. They said they are working under the guidance of Pastor David Forsythe of Gateway Apostolic Church.

Distribution dates are July 11, August 8, Sept. 12 and Oct. 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Flushing Twp. meetings scheduled

FLUSHING — Flushing Township trustees will hold regular meetings at 7 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month in 2026 at the Flushing Township Garage. If a meeting date is rescheduled, the public will be notified.

Bridgeport BOE sets 2026 meeting schedule

BRIDGEPORT — The Bridgeport Exempted Village School District Board of Education has announced its 2026 meeting schedule.

Meetings will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the Bridgeport High School Media Center on Tuesday, July 22, Aug. 12, Aug. 26, Sept. 16, Oct. 14, Nov. 18 and Dec. 16.
