-- 10:05 p.m., a caller from the front desk at Sleep Inn Suites on Reco Road in Belmont reported that a lamp was thrown in one of the rooms and a window was broken. A male was registered in the room, and he had a female with him, according to the complainant. Officers responded and stated that this was a false complaint, according to the report. Management was to inspect the room after checkout and bill the subject accordingly.

-- 9:36 p.m., a caller from Red Roof Inn in St. Clairsville reported that a male took $95 from her. An officer responded and spoke to both parties, who were going to bed, the report stated.

-- 9:10 p.m., a caller requested an emergency medical service squad at an address on OR&W Station Street in Jacobsburg for a mental health evaluation. A female in question refused the squad, according to the report.

-- 7:10 p.m., an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mall Ring Road in St. Clairsville near Starbucks. This was a two-vehicle crash with property damage only. Both motorists exchanged information.

-- 7:09 p.m., a caller from Fox Run Hospital on Traco Drive in St. Clairsville reported a fight on the girls side with the staff. Information was taken for a report. Three girls were transported to the Sargus Juvenile Detention Center. One additional girl was detained, but Sargus did not have any extra room for her, the report indicated.

-- 5:10 p.m., a caller from the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that a female was at their station on National Road in St. Clairsville. She had a domestic issue across the street at Beech Hill Bar, according to the report. No threats were made, and no violence was reported, she indicated. The complainant was advised of what she can do.

-- 4:35 p.m., a manager of Walmart in St. Clairsville called about an intoxicated male shoplifter. Units responded. The male had multiple warrants that were out of pickup range, the report stated. The male was taken into custody and was transported to the Belmont County Jail.

-- 4:02 p.m., an officer was out with a suspicious vehicle that was reported on Ferry Landing Road in Shadyside. All was well, according to the officer. The motorist ran out of gas and had someone get gas for them.

-- 4 p.m., an officer took information for a vandalism report after an anonymous caller reported missing cable at a location on Cove Road and Haul Road in Powhatan Point.

-- 1:04 p.m., a caller from the Ohio State Highway Patrol requested assistance at a location on Centerville-Jacobsburg Road in Jacobsburg for a report of a male in the roadway with no pants on -- only a jacket and socks on. A sergeant responded. The individual was going with an EMS squad, the report indicated.

-- 12:44 p.m., a Colerain Township trustee reported to central dispatch that a male was harassing him at an address on Twin Beech Road in Bridgeport. Officers responded and spoke with both parties. The township was within its rights to work there, the report stated.

-- 10:30 a.m., a unit initiated a traffic stop at a location on Interstate 70 westbound at the Interstate 470 split in St. Clairsville. A male was read his rights, and a K-9 unit was out at the scene. Nothing was found during a search of the vehicle, and a written warning was issued to the Michigan motorist for driving with an obstructed windshield.

-- 9:16 a.m., a motorist with a disabled vehicle flagged down an officer on Airport Road in St. Clairsville. The vehicle was jump-started, and they were on their way, according to the report.

-- 9:11 a.m., a complainant at an address on Commercial Drive in Bridgeport reported that a male was stalking her and he yelled at the manager earlier. A deputy responded to the scene. Both individuals were advised to stay away from one another and have no contact. The complainant was informed on how to obtain a temporary protection order.

-- 7:01 a.m., a complainant from an address on Pineview Drive in Belmont reported a scam call from someone saying they were from the FBI and that her account had been hacked at Belmont Savings Bank. The complainant was advised to avoid the phone calls and to follow up with her bank.

-- 7 a.m., central dispatch reported a fight between a female and male at an address on Third Street in Powhatan Point. They had been yelling at one another outside off and on since 4 a.m., according to the report. A deputy responded, as did a police unit.

-- 4:29 a.m., a caller from the Super 8 Motel on Matthews Drive in St. Clairsville reported that a female was in the lobby and requested to speak with a deputy. The female had a verbal dispute with her significant other and wanted to get her things out of the room. The male was gone before officers arrived. The female got her belongings and was having a friend pick her up, according to the report.

-- 3:10 a.m., deputies assisted Barnesville Police with a domestic complaint at an address on Clifton Street in Barnesville. One male was transported to jail, the report stated.
