MOUNDSVILLE — The woman who called police last week for help after allegedly being stabbed is now facing charges herself. Victoria Wade, a Marshall County resident, has been arrested for allegedly falsely reporting an emergency incident and obstructing, both misdemeanors, said Moundsville Police Department Chief Tom Mitchell.
