WHEELING — Officials in the city of Wheeling are eying a considerable pool of money leftover from various Community Development Block Grant projects over the past three years to fund a new improvement project in East Wheeling. Children enjoy early Christmas during ‘Shop With A Cop’ events

MOUNDSVILLE — Many Marshall County children enjoyed an early Christmas shopping spree thanks to local law enforcement agencies’ Shop With A Cop programs. The Moundsville Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department both recently held events allowing dozens of children to pick out toys and clothes for Christmas.
