WV First Foundation panel hears suggestions on new grant
WHEELING — The West Virginia First Foundation will soon distribute $19.2 million in a new Momentum Initiative Grant, to help organizations throughout the Mountain State combat substance use disorder and promote recovery. On Monday, a regional expert panel listened to Ohio Valley residents’ questions and suggestions about the upcoming opportunity.
