COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Everyone who enters Ohio State buildings, including medical facilities, must wear a mask indoors. The new rule made public Monday follows updated guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that people who are fully vaccinated should resume wearing masks indoors if they live in areas where the virus is surging. ST. CLAIRSVILLE — The delta variant of COVID-19 is spreading through the area and Belmont County has been designated a high-transmission county by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. WOODSFIELD — The Monroe County Health Department has reported that the delta variant has made its way into the county. On Tuesday afternoon, the health department announced it had received confirmation the variant is present in the county.
