Fire death confirmed
THE?WHEELING?Fire Department has completed its investigation into the fatal fire at 42 Kentucky St. on?Wheeling Island.
Fire officials has confirmed that Mildred Kilgore, 65, died as a result of the fire. The cause of the blaze has been determined to be electrical in nature.
