Lynn Jeffries, co-owner of Three Labs Salvage, is the winner of the fall decorating contest in St. Clairsville with a $100 prize. Business owners set up their storefronts with fall decorations to be entered in a contest for the St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce. Wendy Anderson, director of the chamber, said she is happy that so many businesses participated in the contest and said she hopes the event stays as a tradition. The other winners were Unified Bank, which took second place and won $75; Carol Goff, third place with $50; and The Carry Out, fourth place with a $25 prize. Honorable mentions went to Envy Studios, Kelly’s Suite II, Home Savings Bank and the city building.
